Now if you want to watch an AFL Grand Final's highest combined-score game check out this : 1) There were 112,000+ at the MCG that day - including me, aged 32, an Essendon supporter from way back. 2) 2 TV Commentators were the greats : Bob Skilton, (1 of only 3 Triple Brownlow Medal winners) from South Melbourne, and Ron Barassi, from Melbourne & later Carlton 3) Scoring shots totalled 57! at the end : Carlton 28.9.177 to Richmond 22.18.150 (the previous highest winning score in a GF 4) Carlton had kicked 18.6 by half time! (@ the 1hr.06min mark of the video) and the previous day Richmond were 2 to 1 on to win the game. In my lifetime the best GF ever played.
