Macmin will distribute most of the 10,000,000 restricted shares to Macmin shareholders by way of an in specie distribution. It is estimated that the actual number distributed will be approximately 9,738,000. The record date for that distribution will be 23 April 2003 and the transfer of those shares is expected to be completed within a few days of the record date.
