    sorry to hear of your sh!t run. I hear you.
    I've taken time out from putting myself under any necessary stress after year from absolute hell last year, culminating in the passing of my son. I'm not posting this for sympathy. I don't feel woe is me. But, I'm very aware of how a culmination of negative events can erode your sense of self. I have one solid tip that works for me... throughout the day, and absolutely before you go to sleep, list three things you are grateful for.
    if you can't think of any, check your pulse.
    there have been days when I've checked my pulse twice.
    oh, and I use the CALM app sleep stories to help me get the sleep I need to function during the days.
