Depends on how you look at it Periform. Have we enjoyed a spike as LT holders, or is this making up for a long period of lag behind true value. In fact, my view is we are about 50% of the way to a value based on a bunch of data, not the least of which is old drill results, and which (true value) will increase markedly over the next two months. There are a couple of big spikes around the corner !!!
