I'm not sure why you'd need 144hz for a trading platform.
I bought two curved 24' 144hz monitors for my kids gaming machines this year.
I was told that beyond that the eye can't even keep up.
They are free sync.
They are cheap. $290 ish for a decent one.
But again, I can't see why you need it.
