So do you struggle with holding stocks not moving? I always flip them so I'm actually the opp. Sorry to hear this I hope you work it out.
I had the opposite in 2020. Great run for me until November then some big mistakes, a drawdown and my whole psychology and process is a mess. Have weeks where I turn it around but then I go back to making the same mistakes. I think realistically I have been trading for 3 years so I should have some skill but then I also appreciate the stats that this is common in trading so I am really starting to question whether I need to do this all the time, maybe cool it for a bit do some other work and keep the long terms going. Most of my income for 2020 was from holds anyway but then I love trading and I don't do too bad at it either. Hard to work out what to do.
