    If you saw the wines from the last dinner it was 80% Aussie.
    This one is different. I know someone is taking Italian for example.

    And as someone who ran a vineyard for 4 years, was a capital city show judge, and distributed wine for a further 4 years...... No, tassie and vic sparkling producers can't match top end French. No way. No contest.
    Your thoughts are admirable.

    It doesn't fit the brief for this dinner of push yourself to the higher end either.
    Yep, it's a first world issue.
