Agree, wine is a personal thing. Life is too short not to drink your favourite drinks! I am delighted that my preferences tend towards Australian Bubbles, mainly as they are delightfully priced! I actually find that the French Bubbles are too yeasty for my tastes. However I am more than happy to drink cases of French red! I do struggle with some Australian reds which are pretty heavy going.
