    My point was more along the lines that emotion can distort reality and create unrealistic expectation for a newbie, they overstate the upside and understate the downside and that results in them putting themselves in positions within the market that they really should not be.

    All about the understanding that there is more than one way to create wealth in the market other than % return, one is the mathematical advantage of compounding low risk trading. Good for the newbies to know while they gain experience as experience is a powerful & invaluable tool which compensates for the many vagrancies of the market and can be a license to a comfortable 2nd income for life at the very least.

    We all know though that experience is not cheap especially in the market, it comes at a cost the trick being to understand there are options to maintain (& grow) your account while you achieve it.

    I have nothing to offer the experienced traders here other than getting out of their way and let them go about it.
