When you look across at someone make eye contact and both have the same idea, than for better or worse your in it together haha, its nice to work along side someone who knows what their doing even if they are your competition, it makes you lift your game and if your up the top and get burnt, than you have a rare opportunity to learn a new lesson.

Yes I know the more people on here getting interested in joining the better, we are your bread and butter I dont mind because you were once someone elses bread and butter.
