CR you would think would only be for an acquisition, AF said no acquisitions before merger unless the SP increase was to good not to go now.If it is an acquisition it will be interesting to see what it is, payments side can't see any reason, Ecommerce or another SaaS provider to add functionality to the platform could be a play?It could be an institution wanting to grab a big slice?
