i stopped while i was ahead after my setups no longer worked .

so thankfully up for the year.

If i kept going for longs im pretty sure i would have lost more. I was doing great until 5-8 weeks after Putin invaded.

But i remember a friend saying if u have lost 5-6 in row then either stop or change.

Ever since ive changed direction and have been refining new strategies on the demo.

I still look for momentum in the specs but have built up some screen time with larger caps which can only help.

my portfolio is smaller now because ive had to use my money elsewhere but still glad to have kept some on the side for trades.
Better than no trading.

Also been working with friends on trading ideas so thats been useful too.
