From the chart, you can see the bank's average price is going to be about 5c.
So the question is whether they have distributed all their holdings in the flurry of the past 2 weeks. If they wanted to, they surely could have. There was enough volume for them to do that several times over. And they didn't accumulate much in the first instance (small 'cause').
The volume has stayed high, and the price has remained reasonably high. It tends to indicate that the banks have not sold but are holding. If so, they will now need to re-accumulate more stock for the next leg higher. If they don't have enough stock, they may even allow it to go down to their first average price of about 5c. They work on very long term time frames compared to us, and are in no rush.
