Day traders' weekend lounge March 1 - 3, page-3

Hey Guys! Happy FRIDAY & 1st Of The MONTH! You know what time that is..EndOfDayReview so let's get into it on this fine Autumns day I hope we all had some FUN, some good wins but more importantly LESSONS

COE was #Short afew days ago, not a huge amount just 20,000 shares at 15c hidding bids. I took partial profits the same day at 14.5c and held the rest. This gave me the patience to hold a few more days and after yesterdays massive broker exchanges going through and bad price action near the end of the day, I ADDED another 5,000 at 14.5c TO my short position! I spent a little too long in the bathroom this morning and starting my day a little sloppy lol and would have taken profits to exit the position at the open, but I exited at 15.5c Losing -$87.50. Room for 16.5c still on the chart SO I am still bearish and think it will collapse LOL

SYA I took 100,000 at 4.2c afew days ago. Added 30,000 more yesterday at the open (4c) and sold it shortly after at 4.1c just incase I was wrong on SYA, the losses would be less should I cut the position. Anyways, things looked good and I suspected another good move over on the #LIT #ETF so at the close yesterday, I added another 15,000 shares at 4.1c.
I held all of these overnight, selling 75,000 of my 115,000 shares at 4.5c and will swing the rest towards a GAPFILL of 6.3c (I'll probs take profit at 6c) Realised Profits here on my PARTIAL position was +$240

29M I have a small entry at 37c today and ideally would like to add more shares to this position as a move beyond 40c seems reasonable on this incredibly well trending stock! Has been a fantastic one to #Trade, and so far I have already made a little over $400 trading this since my first alert to the group page here. Unrealised losses but won't be taking this #SwingTrade off yet.

DYL is heading to $1 or slightly above that in the short term, stock is cooked along with the #Uranium ETF #URA so I am #Short a small position and would also LOVE to add to this! I tried more at the close but not sure why it didn't fill? Will need to review my Trades deeper to see why that add of 2,500 units didn't trigger.

Provided all goes well next week I should look to clear $3,000 again and personally has been a big task for me considering at the START OF FEBRUARY my account was as LOW as $488 due to a $1k+ drawdown on #SYR which I turned that loss around but still sold way too SOON as I coulda made legit $5k+ off that trade 46.5c entry. Feb has been a massive month for my small account and once again it helped me appreciate the power of Taking Singles, selling too soon, being a tad early on an entry etc etc! Cutting losses is also incredibly important. We work far too hard for the gains we make and it would be a shame to make the mistakes of past, where losses are as large OR larger than our wins!
