And , while I appreciate that contracts as the new norm from a working perspective most professionals have always worked more than a 9 to 5 day and flexibility and outputs were always integral to work.

Also, @Plimsoll clued me up that you were perhaps trading in your breaks.

I wish you well and it would appear you indeed are doing well both career and trading wise.
