Thanks Plimsoll for the response, yep most contracts are flexible working conditions these days. Plenty of time trade at lunch for next morning and i only trade max once daily. Research is done late at night. I also work more than 12+ (contract 40 hours). Office is hot desk style so we dont have a desk to sit at a desk 9-5. Its all about output these days in the modern companies. Plus being super efficient and tech savy is the future. . Being present in the modern office doesn't make your output greater anymore. Its all about working smarter not harder.
