That sounded a bit negative, but people should know the reality of trading in and out frequently. Failure is far, far more likely than success over the long term. If it was easy (or even just moderately difficult) everyone would do it. When people come on this forum and see others posting gains every single day, that's not a realistic expectation for 90-95% of people, no matter how 'book smart' or 'street smart' they are.
