just my thoughts...
PRL - I think your analysis of the daily chart is fine
Putting fundamentals aside for now entry here depends on your timeframe...
Is it being distributed at this range to maximise profit for placement holders, while the story stays alive?
or is it being accumulated here if so the daily MACD, and bollinger suggest it could stay in this price range for some time
Is this then an opportunity cost where your money could be better used somewhere else and you could come back to this chart at a future date
A trader interested in this stock|chart would set a price alert above and below the current price range
OBV which I like to use does not suggest either accumulation or disctribution to me, but imo @Endless is our resident OBV expert and may be able to shed more light
