Alas,

I can not assist as allthought I am a FCPA by background I have minimal taxation knowledge as it bored me to death!! I was motivated early on to developing more into business strategy and working across the board with senior management to improve efficiency and profitability.Even when we set up our own entities I left it too the professionals to work out the taxation aspects.

@Guata may be able to provide some general knowledge but as you would know no one can offer specific advice on HC as rightly it is against the Terms and Conditions.
