    OK a bit late with these. Have updated them to take out the ones that have started to drop off or start to just channel across a bit. There were a few others that I almost removed but gave them the benefit of the doubt and left them in. Will reassess in another month.

    So the in on the higher volume stocks spreadsheet is MTS and the outs were ANP, BRK, HLX, NIC, PEK, PRL and VML.
