I have been a holder of this stock for many years, and occasionally trade a part of my holding. But at current levels the SP is just too low to sell.

I believe this company will do well once the Euro-zone situation stablises, and even if Euro-zone takes longer to sort itself out the company will do fine. The company is cashflow positiove, has low debt, is diversifying its product range, and is in an industry that is coming off the lows of its cycle. Even a small increase in earnings (either through sales increase or cost reduction, or both) will cause a big increase in the SP. There is a possibility of a takeover as well. So not only am I holding, I am also adding to my holding every now and then, and aiming at a target SP at a much much higher level before I'll consider selling.

By the way, I believe that PXUPA distributions will continue to be paid...
