I too think HVB is separate from bondholders, and the 5 HFs are clutching at desperate straws.
Anyway, if future consumers are willing to sign long-term take off contracts then they obviously need the product and the REE market ain't getting over-supplied very quickly, quite an inelastic place to be. if worse comes to worse, LYC could hit them up for some short term funding, I am sure they can price the project correctly.
but hopefully not, cause I don't have the free cash that I need to get my LYC's ATM.
