Well it never helps much when your call is answered 10,000kms away and then takes about an hour and probably 4 different transfers before you finally get upgraded to someone in Australia and even then probably the other side of the country.
All to get a technician to check the line at the exchange less than a kilometre from your house.
Probably in 3 days time but will drop by your house between 7am & 6pm - so make sure you’re home allllll daayyy
Then really probably takes the technician 30 minutes to fix
