With the current strength of the USD and the yield curve inversion, it looks as though European wealth is investing in long term US Treasuries as a protection against forecasts of recession/slowdowns in Europe. I hope the main immediate outcome from a stocks perspective is a trend from growth stocks into yield stocks in search of returns. Now that Bond yields are below/at inflation (not to mention taxation effects), you surely can't write off stocks that can retain their dividends. If the Republicans in the USA can regain the House/Senate and President next year anything could and should happen. Unpredictable and volatile days are ahead. Brexit/China/USMCA/Middle East/Epstein/Spygate and more. It's certainly not boring.
