Back then it was E trade pro on Uni holidays and e trade with iress during days off during Uni. I agree but the brokerage is more expensive. Than cmc.
I only wanted the platform that's why I chose cmc pro and just decided to pay the 41 dollars a month and make trades using a banks brokerage. Less hassle for me as I can see what's going on. Plus i can save my work. Unlike Etrade when I'm back at uni my lines drawings are all gone...
Also etrade pro or iress doesn't work on Linux "Java problem" well Glitchy at best that was also a problem for me when I was at uni...
