Some lovely pottery to be found in Taos. Purchased 2 lovely hand basins in Taos and optimistically got them on the plane as carry on. I'm into colour though. Historically, Taos is home to an ancient Puebloan Tiwa native American tribe. The site is about 2 kms north of Taos. We went on a tour of current day pueblos but I'd give it a miss, just for the tourists. Their adobe homes are just rendered blockwork. Stick to the historical section. Came home entranced with adobe.
