OT - you would need to check the asx listing rules for the details but basically, from my observation, miners and biotechs need to do them and other industry types like retail and manufacturing don't. I think it's related to industry type and possibly also profitability. I can't remember the rule. I just check previous announcements to determine whether a specific company is required to or not.
