PSC - very bullish signs from the announcement after close today.

Capital raise to be done in future at 3c for 250 million shares to only Sophisticated Investors. Reason, to fast track bringing into production their Lithium project and to also further help to acquire new projects in Lithium, Cobalt and Gold.

Current price 1.7c so they are going to pump this one soon. That's why games were being played to keep the share price as low below 2c as possible so they can buy everything up before the pump.
