In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Zelda Therapeutics Limited (ASX: ZLD) requests
the granting of a trading halt in ZLD’s ordinary securities listed on the ASX pending the
release of an announcement concerning a capital raising.
It is requested that the trading halt apply immediately until the earlier of ZLD making the
announcement concerning a capital raising, or the opening of trading on Thursday, 30
March 2017.
ZLD confirms that it is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted
or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
