ARL - Hourly looks convincing*, may need another day of consolidation but Cobalt is up again. Support hung in there with volume, back inside the Keltner channel, RSI back to neutral, stoich/rsi not too overcooked, MACD well positioned but an each way bet. Should retest recent high soon enough.
*I may or may not have obtained my charting skills from the back of a cornflakes packet.
