Of course there are no guarantees. But this "it's expensive" "it's cheap" analysis is pointless.
Technical traders should be interested in stocks that are going up in price. Value doesn't come into it.
I'd rather buy SRT at 5c if it looks like going to 6c...rather than the cheapest stock in the world with no market interest.
