my concern always lay with pro forma cap structure.
How many shares on issue after RTO complete. - Vendor shares / CR shares./ Consolidation.
otherwise is difficult to know what value you are buying.
GAL is great example - first no consolidation, then that changed. 1-2 etc.
A cleaner proposition after RTO complete (which removes all the relisting compliance risks) , or buying in the CR if you can get them.
Or as many here do, get in early without knowing what it is, and maybe free carry before RTO
