What makes you say there is a big tech acquisition coming at ZEU? Their last announcement says: Several exploration and mining projects have been researched. Currently focusing on a gold project in Mid-Asia.
There are several shells like this loaded with cash, DAU has a market cap of $1.4m and cash of $2.23m, DMG market cap of $3.4 and cash of $4 million - but sometimes these companies just hoard the money and trade at/below cash for years, rather than actually doing a deal.
