To start with PSY has been manipulated over several month keeping the price down whilst being accumulated They also have several contracts potentially to win this year with dept of defence and agriculture sectors. Plus the aquisition of Hydrix hasn't been recognised by the market as yet either. 2018 is their year as stated by the CEO
