it holds 200sqm of very valuable lithium leases in the famed Pilgangoora region alongside PLS, AJM, LIT, VMC and will fly at any update in relation to its exploration licenses considering its valued at a fraction of its neighbours

Since december, while CUL has added $2.5m to its market cap
its next door neighbours have:

AJM : has added about $170m to its market cap since december
PLS : has added about $220m to its market cap since december
LIT : has added about  $22m to its market cap since december
