I can relate to the lack of confidence.
I've decided to reduce the size of my trading parcels, tighter stops, no falling knives - reducing my risk.
The low volumes on many I'm following mean that even if they usually trade in a range, there's every possibility they will hardly move during the course of the day.
Another way to say that: I'm in survival mode. I might start stocking up on tinned food shortly.
