    Just off topic a little, but does anyone know what the tax rate is in Australia for those of us who day trade?

    Is it just based on your normal tax rate? (i.e if you pay about 30% of current income in tax - is this what you pay?)

    I have heard rumors it is %50 tax regardless of other income like a salary etc....
