@imilanfc @Bull Of ASX - just googled ACL surgery - u poor dears pretty serious stuff - hope u'll both be ok... Knee surgery is never fun at the best of times let alone ACL...
Mind u had a massive fall myself last year & the way I landed did a lot of damage to my knee... I had arthroscopy surgery (40% of cartlidge removed) done on it few years ack due to injury whilst playing basketball so now I get pain in it (sometime excruciating) but mostly at night - Did MRI & saw surgeon who tells me coz too much cartilage missing the only thing to do now is have total knee replacement @zero2a$mill
Not rushing to do that let me tell ya - am just walking in the mornings now rather than jogging (well sometime I cheat & jog & then remember & tell myself save the knee) & hoping to extend the inevitable as long as possible.....
Saw the other day on the news some hospital in Melbourne or Qld can't recall where are now eperimenting & injecting stuff similar to cartilage in the knee & in time this will be the norm & hopefully knee replacement surgery will be a thing of the past
