Only retailers (no Instos) have been selling too in a fearful market in IT - consider CR8, DUB, TV2, down by 60%.
IMO a lot more certainty in NUH.
CR has provided $s to manufacture. SPP gives loyal shareholders same opportunity, but it does give the company $2.6m (additional) incentive to get the SP up by 28April.
