Went to Maccas and grabbed a couple of burgers on Friday.
Pickles and stuff don't agree with me, so order them 'without'.
A detour on the way home, to my favourite boat ramp to do a "test run"
on a (NEW) crabbing boat, as the old one is a bit small.
Was originally designed to carry a car battery, not dogs and crab scoops.
People/total strangers are still as friendly as ever, from Grannies to kids, all coming up
to say hello.
The last two years have been good to me. Nobody abuses me if I do something wrong,
albeit it's not often that I do.
My latest housemate, does ALL the shopping, cooking and cleaning, so I can do
just whatever suits me on the day.
Which is mainly just eating and sleeping, and looking out the window, watching what's going on,
and checking out all the birds at the bird feeder, parrots, pigeons and doves,
and the crows and magpies on the lawn.
Sunbaking in the backyard, along with a bit of meditation, fills in the day too.
We get on well together, he's always checking up on me, especially first thing in the morning,
always makes sure that food and drinks are available, and never asks for anything in return.
Life could be a lot worse than what it is at present.

Anyhow, best wishes to all of you for the upcoming NEW YEAR.
Trade well, stay safe and healthy, and keep off them pushbikes.
There's nothing wrong with leading a "dog's life".
Best regards,
Dooley. (and zero).
