That was on the nose, they let it trade for 15 minutes and someone buys 10M in a single line then they announce JV funding ?

Also, does someone want to teach them simple maths - they are claiming the JV values it at $10M ?

They spend $1.5M on exploration for 45% and a further $500k for 5% - so that to me reads $2M for 50%

100% would then imply a $4M valuation

I think they are being cute saying they are paying $500k for 5%, so that values it at $10M - muppets
