Tip: In regards to SAU (Still a great stock). Today was a good lesson to never buy when there's been significant movement/volume right before an announcement unless it's truly spectacular ala BYR. The insiders will offload to you in the morning since they're already in the green. It might be obvious to some but I hope it helps some newbies.
