@Oscar09 I wouldn't worry mate.. TSN is going to be worth 70million today on no direct revenues and only a 24.89% stake in the TSI india.

They can never vote to put money in their pocket. They may never see revenues from this business. They will keep having to issue more and more shares.

They issued 58million last quarter to keep going despite having cash in bank. To me it's a trade at best... buyer beware.
