I have only been trading stocks for just over 4 months. Am probably sitting up 15% on my initial investment so far. However, do have some funds in some stocks where I am under, but I mistakenly held long enough, where they are building back up now. You learn something new everyday, and just make sure you research, research, research. I didn't make a trade for a month after losing some money because I wanted to make sure I was confident in trading again before trading. Missed some serious runners, but don't regret that. Just learn. Emotions are half of what destroys you in this game, as far as I have seen.
