    That actually sounds good for breakfast, particularly the protein powder scoop.

    I've just got back into boxing this weekend after a year long hiatus and I regret not consuming more protein and carbs overall after the workout; day 2 of rest and I still feel like a robot, every inch hurts! I might try your recipe for a post-workout sesh.
