    I used to take L-Glutamine when I did power lifting a few years back. It's part of an essential 'bro science' package of stuff to buy when people start lifting.

    I've come to realise (after many $$'s wasted) that consuming glutamine is actually useless. It does nothing.

    Scientifically the only use for oral consumption of glutamine via tablet/powder form is to help heal burns, and helps people with AIDS digest food better.

    You might be better off buying krill-oil or something as an alternative.
