TMT- low volume day but a huge engulfing candle showing the previous 9 periods. (yes today is not over) Low volume could indicate a market bottom while people wait. The indicators have crossed or are about to! .180 tested from early March. If today finishes towards the high tomorrow HAS to be green! imo.....
