Agree Bluechip/Mid cap are highly liquid and so could provide good small trades. Thought you make less money so the loss can be limited too. But few good trades could provide nearly similar profit to 1 single trade in spec stock.
SRX - Perfect example; if you do 2-3 trades in a company you know with profit 2-3%, you can still make good 10% profit in few trades....
