When one entity hold over 50% of the total capital and probably 70% of retail shares (excluding the shares held by management & long termers who are in loss) - then one can easily create buy demand bye pilling up buy side & at the same time distribute the stock at a pip or two higher or as the demand grows from other buyers. And mostly happens after the CR followed by a +VE announcement .
