Hill End Gold Limited (‘the Company’) advises that it has issued 13,040,000 ordinary shares at 5 cents per share and 34,400,000 options an exercise price of $0.075 per share and which will lapse at 5.00pm, (Sydney time) on 30 July 2020 with the approval of shareholders at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting held 28 March 2017. Appendix 3B is attached.
